Advanced pre-workout users to use 1 serve (=2 scoops). If 1 serve (=2 scoops) is too strong, simply cut it back to 1 or 1.5 scoops until tolerance can handle 2 scoops (=1 serve).

What you want from a pre, is to turn that switch on (energy, pump, focus – cover everything needed to PERFORM). We combined the right dosage of Caffeine 300 mg, Dynamine™ 275 mg, Tyramine 100 mg and Hordenine 50 mg to make sure you get a strong kick and drive throughout your workout.
Dynamine™ is so much cleaner and stronger than TeaCrine™ (yes we said it). Both Dynamine™ and TeaCrine™ are made by the same laboratory, Dynamine™ being one of their newest hottest ingredient on the market. TeaCrine™ does not feel the cleanest, and will reach its peak around 2 hours (not sure why you want to be reaching your peak 2 hours into your workout). Dynamine™ will peak at 30 – 60 minutes (depending on you), hold strong and last for 2-3 hours. Dynamine™ is newer, cleaner and one of the more reliable compounds.

PUMP, VOLUME, NITRIC OXIDE
The combination of Nitrosigine® 1000 mg + Vaso6™ 300 mg = AMAZING (both patented ingredients – a lot of study to back their effectiveness). Nitrosigine® and Vaso6™ on their own are great, together these two unlock something special. With the addition of Citrulline Malate 2:1 at 6000 mg, this is a very strong and effective production of nitric oxide through arginine. The increase of arginine from the above also creates an enzyme called arginase which puts a limit on the amount of nitric oxide you can make. This creates a block (limit) on how big of a pump you can achieve. This is where L-Norvaline works by inhibiting arginase production, allowing you to go past that block (limit) and keep producing nitric oxide throughout your workout. L-Norvaline is dosed at a very solid 200 mg, which will make sure you enjoy long, hard and strong pumps.
PERFORMANCE (strength, power, endurance)
To make sure your workout is driving hard (muscle endurance and muscle strength), an effective dose of Betaine Anhydrous 2,500 mg which will improve your workout performance (increases muscle power, endurance and strength which in time will result in muscle growth). Beta Alanine 3,200 mg which helps raise muscle carnosine level, delaying muscle fatigue (intracellular pH buffer) resulting in increased workout strength, power and endurance.
Betaine Anhydrous is found naturally in beets (as the name suggests) that has been shown in various studies to enhance muscle oxygen consumption, boost muscle protein synthesis resulting in impressive strength gains, muscle endurance and increases in power output. Betaine Anhydrous should be a staple in all pre-workout supplements due to a multitude of muscle-building benefits.
With added 1,000 mg of Taurine to help with harder and longer muscle contraction, restore intramuscular calcium levels and draw water into muscle cells (osmolyte – more volume). There is a lot of synergy across ingredeints in LEGACY pre-workout.
Not only is this an incredible nitric oxide pump product with performance enhancers, it also has a very synergistic nootropic formula (read below).
NOOTROPICS (focus & mood)
With over 2,500 mg of nootropics which will provide a very razor focused state and in-tune workout. AlphaSize® Alpha GPC 200 mg, Huperzine A 100 mcg, Velvet Bean Mucuna Pruriens (L-Dopa 98%) 100 mg, Lion’s Mane 300 mg, Tyrosine 1,000 mg and KSM-66® Ashwagandha 300 mg. A nootropic blend with a lot of synergy to be optimal and effective. Utilising nootropics for a study session or desk work is very different when combining it into pre-workout supplements. A lot of testing and tuning was done to find the “sweet spot”.

AlphaSize Alpha GPC 200 mg, Velvet Bean Mucuna Pruriens (L-Dopa 98%) 100 mg and Tyrosine 1,000 mg. Increasesing acetylcholine levels in the brain with these ingredients also have a down side – they have a short half life.
To help prolong and effectively keep acetylcholine levels where they should be for longer, Huperzine A 100 mg and KSM-66® Ashwagandha 300 mg are utilised as acetylcholinesterase inhibitors (block the breakdown rate of acetylcholine therefore increase the level and duration of acetylcholine in you brain).
