Our return policy has been designed to ensure a fair and consistent experience for all our customers. Please read the following policy carefully before proceeding with a return:

Eligibility for Returns:
You are eligible to return your products or apparel if you return them within 7 days of the original purchase date. Returns beyond this period will not be accepted.

Condition of Items:
Returned items must be in re-sellable condition, which includes:
– The item being unused, unworn, and free from any signs of use or damage.
– All original tags and labels must be intact and undamaged.
– The product must not have any of its seals broken.

Proof of Purchase:
To initiate a return, you must provide proof of purchase in the form of either a paper or digital receipt. This can be in the form of an email confirmation or as a completed transaction under your Best Body account.

Return Process:
If you meet the eligibility criteria and wish to return an item, please follow the steps below:
Bring your item into the location you purchased it from. We will then inspect it to ensure it meets the re-sellable condition criteria mentioned above. If the item passes inspection, you will be issued store credit for the original purchase amount, or you can opt for an exchange for another item of equal value.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.

Store Credit:
Store credit will be issued in the form of a digital voucher attached to your Best Body account. This can then be applied towards future purchases on our website or in-store. Store credit does not have an expiration date.

Exchange Process:
If you opt for an exchange, you can choose an alternative item from our available inventory. If the new item is of lesser value, the difference will be issued as store credit. If the new item is of higher value, you will be required to pay the difference.

Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items, such as sale items and perishable goods, are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit.

Manufacturer Defects and Errors:
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work to resolve the issue promptly and provide you with a replacement or a full refund, as per your preference.
